Facebook Insights – Keep track of your Page’s performance by getting an inside look at people’s activity as well as likes, engagement and reach.

TweetReach – The perfect tool for measuring the reach of your brand, campaign or event on Twitter. TweetReach reports come in handy when sharing your Twitter success with your client. – URL minimizer that provides data on tracking and analytics. Shorten the links you want to share on Twitter and Facebook and check back to see how many readers have clicked on it.

Picasa – A program that allows you to organize and edit digital photos. Got photos from the latest conference you had a booth at? Edit them and share! Picasa is also great for creating memes.
